I wake up stiff as a board. I walk like I am a baby Who hasn't learned yet how to walk. I'm really not functional until about 10:30 AM. I am glad I work from home. Otherwise it could never happen. Thank you for your question.

I was wondering if my stiffness is PD related or just getting older. Some days it's all I can do to drag myself out of bed, shower, dress and get to work on time! Does anyone else wake up so sore it feels like you walked a marathon the day before?

My back is stiff and my feet too in the morning. If I forego my usual morning couch- internet routine and move around doing chores I feel better. A Tylenol helps too.
