There are good days and bad days. Some days have energy issues, some cognitive issues, some pain issues. The symptoms can come and go erratically. Keeping track of your symptoms may help you figure out some of the triggers, like stress, lack of sleep, weather, not taking your pills on a regular schedule, etc.

Yes, the same here. I don’t look forward to cold weather but find if I wear my warm fuzzy house socks it helps walking around while I’m at home. I’ve even worn them out shopping accidentally and it made the trip easier. I also keep multiple layers on while out on excursions to help.

I've been cold all my life. As for the fatigue, I can be very busy and sociable for about 4 days and then I stay in bed the next 4 days.
