A good start would be to go to DAPS (Dallas Area Parkinson Support) website. They sponsor several support groups in our area. I used to go to one in North Garland until my mobility issues were to difficult. I know they have another group that meets in McKinney . Check out Parkinson Voice Project in Richardson. They sponsor online daily voice and swallowing exercise. They also have a singing group that meets weekly.
