I am not driving either. My doctor said no more driving when he diagnosed me with Parkinson's. I miss it sometimes but I do understand it. Follow your doctor's orders..It is best for you.

Barbara46...Even before I was diagnosed with PD I stopped driving...I was having trouble finding both the gas and the stop pedals...I've always believed safety first...🤠

Never stopped driving, i bought a Auto Pilot Vehicle till after my DBS surgery and no longer need auto pilot or auto assist.

I gave up driving very early on in this process. My cognitive abilities are by far the most affected by this disorder.

I drive through stop signs and red lights, drove on the wrong side of the road, and got lost in places I’ve been to a million times.

This is not the case for most PWP, but it doesn’t have to be this bad for everyone. If you notice any drop in your ability, you should not drive.
