Giger therapy is proposed as a major help for Parkinsons. I looked into the cost of it and the machine is extremely expensive. I am only going to add the video so you can see how it works is the person lies on their back while the arms and legs pedal. I have no idea why small pedaling machines that automatically moved your arms and legs in a pedaling motion would not be feasible and could potentially cost very little it is just that it is difficult to find these by googling and believe me I have rephrased the question about as many times as I can think of possibilities on that. I just thought maybe someone who was a physical or occupational therapist might have some knowledge of some type of small portable forced pedaling device that could easily be used at home. I am going to put the video here just to show the concept of the Giger. The Giger is so expensive that its cost would probably only be feasible for a medical practice that would schedule visits.
