I did a google search which suggested that this sweat pattern points to alphasyneuropathy ( help me! I know that’s not the right word).

Q1: is this improvement tell me anything about my parkinsonism?
Q2: why won’t the doctors even guess at my diagnosis? I want to know what to expect.
I found this study about Parkinsonism and Anhidrosis. The Parkinsonism it mentions is MSA. This is not a diagnosis, simlply information to discuss with your Neurologist.
