I don’t believe so, I was told a couple different things about dx. PD but the last thing I was told there is no real diagnostic test for pd! Idk 🤷♀️
Rules out vascular issues in the brain, and abnormal shrinkage, lesions etc. no help in detecting other causes of Parkinsonism including PD.

An optomologist told my wife that I had PD around 25 years ago and about 10-11 years ago my primary doctor and neurologist confirmed that I do have PD through observation and physical tests.
