Hi Martin. I have had dystonia and neuropathy in my feet off and on for years, so my treatments are some what expansive - Aspercreme oinment found in any retail drug store. Magnesium supplement - my podiatrist recommended this to improve circulation. My cramps resolved over a 2 week Botox injection - My neurologist recommended this but I did not follow through because is a toxin, must be repeated every 2-3 months, may require insurance authorization and it is expensive. Medicinal Marijauna in a topical cream. I bulked at this but it really worked. The drawbacks are that this may not be an option in your state of residence, you need to reapply this like the Aspercreme every few 2-4 hours, if available you need to secure a medical card and purchase from a marijuana dispensary. It is expensive, but only requires a small amount. Hope this helps 🙂
