I travel international ,sometimes 18 hrs non stop but in business class and within US 6-7 hours non stop..
I find this quite doable .In fact when I reach my destination , I forget about Parkinson's . Ofcourse I travel with my amazing husband who keeps
me going . I hope this works for you .

There are no specific restrictions mentioned in the knowledge base for people with Parkinson's disease (PD) regarding long-distance flying. However, it is important to consider the following:

- Consult Your Doctor: Always discuss travel plans with your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe and to get advice on managing symptoms during travel.
- Medication Management: Ensure you have enough medication for the trip, including extra in case of delays. Keep it in your carry-on bag.
- Comfort and Mobility: Request assistance at the airport if needed, and consider booking an aisle seat for easier access.
- Stay Hydrated and Move: Drink plenty of water and try to move around the cabin periodically to prevent stiffness and improve circulation.

Always tailor your travel plans to your specific health needs and consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
