David29...you're on the right track...it's always best to set up your health care before you move...you've received some great advice...my input would be to simplify the process...contact all those who provide your care now...
ask who they provide your care now who should contact to whom you move to and if necessary give permission for them to release information about your PD...🤠

You will probably need to change your insurance, even if it's Medicare, so research your options before you go. Look for a movement disorder specialist if there are any within reasonable distance. See which insurance they accept. Check with your insurance company (if you change it) to see which doctors are on their plan.
