All you can do is treat the symptoms. There are anti-depressants for depression and anxiety. Linzess for constipation. Drugs that can help with psychosis (but not minor cognitive issues, I think). PT for balance issues. Others that help with low blood pressure, etc. The AI response above was less than helpful since half of it dealt with DBS which only helps with the motor symptoms like tremor and dystonia.

For non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, here are some options to consider:

For non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, here are some options to consider:

1. Antidepressants: These can help improve mood and outlook. Work with your doctor to choose one that won't interact with your Parkinson's medications.
2. Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS): This may be an option if motor symptoms are debilitating and cannot be controlled with medications, or if medication side effects are severe. Extensive testing by a neurologist is required to determine if you are a good candidate.

Always discuss with your doctor to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
