Gentle aerobic exercise, particularly in our warm (90) indoor pool really helps. But if I sit or lie down for awhile, I need to do stretches or exercises because my legs have tightened up and don’t want to move. Even a little helps. After awhile, this becomes routine. Right now I suspect it feels like treating PD takes all your time and energy.
Keep on keeping on. We, yout team, are rooting for you. Lynne

I get on my stationary bike every morning for 60 min. I do it first thing. Also take my carbi/levo, then I'm ready for breakfast when done on the bike. My bike wakes my legs up, they feel stronger to start my day.

I walk a lot and always have stiffness in my legs.

I think there needs to be a lot more awareness of how difficult it is to persevere and take care of everything in life without someone in the family or a friend to help.

Thank you, Lynne! Just what I needed today! Bad day but trying to push through. Living alone with this sucks:(
