Orthostatic hypotension, or dizziness upon standing up, can be a significant issue for people with Parkinson's disease. If you're on the highest dose of Northera (Droxidopa) and still experiencing problems, it's important to discuss this with your doctor. They may need to adjust your treatment plan or explore other options.

Northera is taken orally as a capsule three times a day and should be swallowed whole. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, high blood pressure, and fatigue. Always follow your doctor’s instructions exactly when taking Northera and inform them immediately if you experience any severe side effects or unusual symptoms.
