I get orthostatic hypotension, but don't have PD, AFAIK. It is fairly common with Parkinson's and MSA or it can be a side effect of some of the meds prescribed for it. Talk to your doctor.

I n had nOH 14 years before a doctor knew what it.was. I even gave a talk to professional medical practitioners so they could reach a better understanding of it. That was nerve wracking.

Yes, my husband's bp will bottom out without warning. But, weather does cause it to be worse. He is sensitive when it's very cold and very hot. So, we stay in the house a lot especially now. The humidity is so bad. I can't chance taking him anywhere now. The heat makes his legs like jelly. Plus, I don't have a vehicle easy for him to get in and I sure can't afford getting another one. I wish I had a van for him. Just stay hydrated and inside, especially in extreme cold and hot weather. Oh, and in case no one have told you, don't drink anything within cranberries in it, like juices or anything else. Cranberry lowers the bp.
