Hi How Do You Get Writing Under Control, I Need To Take Notes In My Nursing Job During Assessments. Would You Advise Using A Smart Pen.

The problem also is you're not writing for pleasure during assessments, quite the opposite ! It's one thing to sit by a river and creatively write poetry in your own time, it's another thing altogether to take notes in a pressurised work environment which requires a higher level of dopamine to achieve.

I don’t know what a smart pen is, but I do know you can use talk to text. Use whatever tool you need. Don’t count on your handwriting improving.

I sure hope some of this proves helpful. I have seen comments by some on another blog that using a ball that vibrates can reduce the tremors also other comments on using a vibrating massager on the hands to reduce tremors.
Hand and wrist exercises for Hand Tremors
Squeezing a stress ball for two to 15 seconds and repeating this around 15 times on each hand daily. Rotating the wrist in slow, circular motions at regular intervals during the day will help prevent synovial fluid from building up, reducing tremors.
