Do drink Gatorade (or that type) of drink? A massage would be my first choice. They would arrive after the maid, cook, and the gardener finished. πŸ€£πŸ™ƒπŸ˜„ I am not making fun just trying make you smile. Feel better soon!!

I also have pain from my muscles staying tight or tense a lot I also experience knee pain because of it. For me the Gabapentin helps ease it to an extent and adding ibuprofen with helps it more than taking either by itself. My left big toe stays drawn up and usually swollen to varying degrees but it was very painful to the point I couldn’t wear closed toe shoes.
