Yesterday my wife and I had an appointment with my psychiatrist. My wife was concerned that I may be experiencing a manic episode associated with my previous bipolar diagnosis.

Thank you for the reminder, I have seen many versions of dementia with PD from mild anger to turning into a hermit. I tend to ask close friends if there is a noticeable change in my life style and not be concerned about asking. To date the most common change is the inability to focus on topics.
I am experiencing cognitive loss too. But people without PD experience it just with normal ageing. I wonder what mine would be without PD. Impossible to know. I have found that ginkgo biloba is very restorative for cognition. I haven't been using it lately. Thanks for the reminder!
