My husband required 24/7 supervision when his cognitive decline developed into Dementia during later stage of Parkinson's Disease.

Doctor can help. Some folks with Parkinson's Disease develop Cognitive Decline and Dementia. Mini-Mental test was the first screening done for my husband. Ask for it if you have any concerns.... establishes a baseline score.

Parkinson’s is called a movement disorder. This is misleading. It’s actually a brain disorder. Brain cells are dying in the brain, and this affects behavior.

This causes delusions and hallucinations. PWP have delusions that adversely affect their judgement.
