Hallucinations are definitely part of Parkinson’s. Delusions are as well.

If you can talk to your hallucinations you are way ahead of most. Keep the conversation going, it sounds healthy to me.

Mine aren't bad or scary. Just talking to dead ppl I know. My husband, who died 23 yrs ago was staring at me & talking. I responded & then told him he can't b here bcs he's dead. Like he didn't know it.
