My husband does the chair qi gong for seniors and he has the dvd to follow but some of it is online https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xyip2ZNZYI8

I had very good results with BIG Physical Therapy, on Amazon I found a 2 video set which is a greet review.' LSVT BIG Homework Helper Volume 1 and 2'

Yes I love Qi Gong and Thai Chi. They also have specific classes for Parkinson’s disease on YouTube for Qi Gong and Tai Chi
