Are You A Cereal Offender

A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

According to The British Heart Foundation cereal portions are too big. The average number of spoonfuls should be around 12. So I did a little tally up with my cornflakes this morning to see how far off I was from 12.......35 😮

i have been eating cereal for breakfast every morning for all of my life. i don't count the number of spoons i eat each day. what the hell i am 80 years old why would i give a hoot about that. need to enjoy life a little bit and stop being worried about things like how many spoons of cereal we eat. so yes i am a big cereal offender, and frankly i don't give a hoot. 🤣🤣🤣. i love pancakes also.

Lol I was just considering this. Love cereal for breakfast but I ignore the recommended serving on the box. I need to work on controlling the portion size but isn't having PD enough of a sacrifice?!?! 🤣
