Constipation Problem

Do you have trouble having a bowel movement? I can only go every3rd or fourth day and have to strain to go ,I use miralax every day. Any suggestions for something that would work better? Thanks

equal parts peanut butter and baking molasses at night while watching TV. Satisfies my sweet tooth.
2 tbls mixed together.

I use Senna. It can be bought at any store. I use Walmart. As long as I remember to take it, I have regular BM's daily. Before that I had same as you.

Kantra: I eat oatmeal at least every other day along with prunes (the kind found in canned fruit aisle, not dried). Also psyllium capsules and Vit. C. Works great for me.
