Having CFS/ME Makes Movement Harmful. Anything Else Help Pd? Suffer From PEM.

I have no answers but also have trouble exercising “enough”. My neurologist said any exercise helps as long as it’s more them you usually do. I know with PEM it’s near impossible. I worry that I don’t see use “enough”. Looking forward to answers
