Healthline.com published these 13 way increase your appetite.
Small changes to your diet and daily routine can help increase your appetite and ensure that you’re meeting your nutritional needs.
13 easy ways to increase your appetite and food intake.
1. Eat small meals more frequently
Eating 3 full meals might seem challenging. A more motivating way to eat is to divide your 3 main meals into 5 or 6 smaller meals.
2. Eat nutrient-rich foods
People with poor appetites tend to eat high calorie foods like candy to gain weight because these foods seem more appetizing and have more calories, but lack nutrients.
3. Add more calories to your meals by cooking foods with calorie-dense ingredients like butter, nut butters, olive oil, or whole milk.
4. Make mealtime a social activity to stimulate your appetite rather than eating alone.
5. Schedule meal times if you don't get hungry. Try scheduling meals to make sure you’re eating regularly every day.
6. Don’t skip breakfast it can lead you to eat less throughout the day and reduce overall daily calorie intake and decrease diet quality.
7. Eat less fiber because high fiber foods can slow down digestion and keep you feeling full for longer. A low fiber diet could prevent you from feeling too full, and might help you eat more during the day but this should only be used as a temporary strategy to avoid negative effects on health.
8. Drink your calories to motivate you when you do not feel hungry or your appetite is low. Consider replacing some meals with nutritious, high calorie drinks like smoothies.
9. Incorporate healthy snacks that are easy to eat, more convenient and take less effort and can be helpful on the go. Do not replace big meals with snacks.
Examples of healthy snacks
-fruit
-protein bars or granola bars
-Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
-nut butter and crackers
-salty snacks
10. Eat more of your favorite foods that you will enjoy so you more likely to eat it. R

Zinc: A lack of zinc can lead to appetite loss and taste disturbances.
Thiamine: A thiamine deficiency could decrease appetite and increase resting energy expenditure.
Fish oil: Fish oil may increase appetite and reduce feelings of fullness after meals.
13. Keep a food diary
Recording every meal, snack and hunger levels can help you understand your appetite.

Same issues. No sense of smell (which trust me, in certain situations should count as a superpower), and only the base distinction between salt/sweet. Chinese food helps because the MSG does enhance flavour somewhat. Char Sui pork still a favourite!
