Does Anyone Have A Significant Decrease In Their Appetite? I’m Wondering If It’s Just My Age (I’m 70) Or A Result Of My Parkinson’s.
My husband has decreased appetite. He has lost a few pounds, but so far not too much. I think a lot of it is that he is so much more sedentary than he used to be. There is also the contrast with my ravenous runner's appetite.
Some people with PD lose their sense of smell or taste, which can affect their appetite. Jim says that isn't an issue for him, but I'm not sure you'd really notice a lessened sense of smell until it got pretty bad.
Usually, yes! Go and Google it for more information.

yes i lost 28 lbs. in 2 months….started eating semi healthy (my choices) i still eat junk but make sure i do healthy too. diet, regular or generic lemon lime soda sprite etc. COLD no ice from fridge. walk 2 or three feet. Up comes your sour tummy ….Among friends we call it burp burp….the best is a slushy from convenience store (your favorite flavor) gained half of my good weight….still fluffy but now i’m happy and turned off some of the distasteful situations in life. quiet and nicely got rid of salty humans …..pets are better.
