Hi Team, Is Your Handwriting Small And Cramped (micrographic)?
Changes in legibility of handwriting has been associated with PD according to an article made available by the Parkinson's Foundation. See the website for the entire article

This sounds helpful. I was laughing as i tried writing in the air. If i didn't write big enough i had the same problem as writing small on paper being scibbly and spastic but real big i could do it.
Thanks for ideas.
👋 Maria,
I enjoyed your comment on micrographia.
One thing that I have on my story page is that writing with a tablet is so easy. This is because it uses the gross motor skills of the wrist and elbow, rather than the fine motor skills so many of us have lost.
BTW my neurologist has prescribed OT ( occupational therapy) in the near future for work with my hands.
Love, Jeri
I was advised by John Pepper the author of "There is Life After Parkinson's"
he said to me that printing rather than "joined" writing was easier to read and to write. There is something about lifting your pen off the page that helps keep your writing more readable.. I must confess I print for the first few words or rows and then slip back into "joined up" writing and then I slip further back into my squiggle that noone , not even I , can read!
Mine is so small I can't even read it😫
Oooorah
