Does Anybody With A Lower Jaw Tremor Ever Wake Up To Bitten Lower Lip?
I don’t sleep well, due to restless legs and stiffness at night, but the past few weeks have been noticing I am somehow moderately biting my lower lip in my sleep I think 😞 anybody else?
You might ask your doctor about taking Ropinirole (Requip). For 10+ years I have taken just 1 mg of Ropinirole at bedtime to fend off restless legs. In addition I take 6 mg of fast dissolving melatonin to aid in falling asleep. If I have been on my feet more than usual and have the warning of that skin creeping feeling, I get on the floor and do as many different leg stretches as I can.
G'night!

I have taken ropinirole e/r for years due to RLS. I take 2mg. I have been on this long before the Parkinson's....it appears that between my ropinirole and smoking, I was able to hold this off fo 10 years. Then I quit smoking. Parkinson's came roaring. I am now on the back side of stage 3 but was diagnosed 3 months ago. I am inching closer to stage 4. So 3 months to get my head around this. I am still trying to figure out what, how and how long. I was also diagnosed with Epilepsy when I was 35. I am quietly spinning 😣 i should have gotten the extended warranty 😆
