I would reccomend for setting alarms on your phone at least for meds. Ive found taking meds on time can help them work more effective. Try not to miss doses. Also I reccomend finding a local gym that May offer a program like Rock Steady Boxing. Look them up on line. Its made a difference in my life.

You may need to check to see if he actually takes the drugs when his alarm goes off. My husband will often turn off his phone alarm and return to what he is doing, without taking his meds. An hour later, I'll check the pill box and there they are. I've even put the pills in front of him and found them sitting on the table a few hours later. Same with food. I fix all his meals and eat with him. If I have to go out for several hours, 90% of the time he will not have eaten lunch.

Use an app on your iphone or the Amazon echo. You can set up reminders.
