I have Dystonia also, mostly in my neck and shoulders, but recently creeping down my left arm. It is very uncomfortable. My Dr gives me botox injections to help the stiffness but it only works for a few weeks. I also use over the counter Arnacare cream to help with the pain.

You said your doctor wishes you good luck; the doctor doesn't offer anything to help?? Please find a new doctor. There are things that can help, I promise you. Take care. ❤

I’ve tried to sennd a fuller answer but it keeps. Disapppearing. Beforre l can post it. I have it in my feet and mmy toesvkeep curlling under making it dificult to get shoes on. I dalso feel as something is being puoled round my ankles. I also have facial rdystonia which makes my jaw move costantly and makes me left eye keep closing. My Parkinsonsnurse thinks iits also responsiblre for my double vision (which is reponsible for my dodgy typing) . I’ve been ytold that the only wortwwhile treeatment is Botox injections which are not available in my area at present. I aasume this is down to cost.
