Does anyone else have cramping in your legs and feet at night? I have it every night and it’s frustrating!

The Dystonia I have in early morning or late afternoon is caused by low dopamine. I use my emergency med, Inbrija. It goes away almost immediately.

I got “Hyland Leg Cramps” at Walmart. It’s a little pill in a white bottle with a red label. It works great, and is very cheap.
