Is It Common Or Uncommon With Parkinson’s To Have Internal Tremors Or Other Internal Bothersome Feelings In Addition To External Tremors?

I have internal tremors sometimes but that's only been lately.I've had PD for 20.5 years now.so thank God 🙏 It's not to bad yet.but kinda strange feeling for sure.

Will3. I have had internal tremors for 15 years so I was sure I had Parkinsons. But I did not get the diagnosis until 2019. It was frustrating.Since I have been on Carbidopa/levodopa, I have never felt them again.
