Does Anyone Out There Get Internal Tremors, rather Than External?
Definitely Betty. Haven’t read about it so was a bit of a surprise as I have very low level external tremor. Internal feels stronger but is not constant. I’m trying to analyse the trigger, fatigue, meds and stress all seem to be factors.
Peggy, I took Dale's remark to mean that he perfers the usage of the term "internal quivers" as a description of our common symptom instead of calling them "internal tremors".
I may be over stepping a bit here, but I believe we as a group all dislike every one of the Parkinsons symptoms we experience and just wish they would all go away and not return.
I really like the term “Internal quivers”. It’s much more accurate.
I experience both types of tremor. Sometimes at the same time. Which is exhausting and very hard to cope with .
I also have experienced almost a vibration. It effects internal/external to the point when my eyes feel it. I feel weak when it happens...
I get both! The Carbidopa/levodopa stops the internal tremors completely but I still have a slight external tremor about 4 hours after taking my medicine.
