Has anyone asked their doctor and or have searched your question online via a Bonafide medical facility (i.e. Mayo etc.)

I've heard a lot about it, too. I take a super B Complex Vitamin B pill w all of the B vitamins in mega dosages. I think I get as much thiamine in that as others get taking just that vitamin supplement. 🙃

Just saw a video on YouTube about this B1 treatment. It is high doses of B1, but they still can't say it works for everyone. I will try to send a link

My husband is on B12 there doesn't seem to be enough evidence to.recommend b1 (thiamine) therapy. B12 does seem to help my husband have just a tad more energy.
