I have had leg pain after covid occasionally. Covid on 2020 definitely affected movement, when positive for it.

Managing a small left hand tremor due to Parkinson's disease can be challenging, but specific exercises might help. Here are some steps from the "coconut crack" exercise:

1. Stand with legs hip-distance apart: Hold a plush ball in front of you.
2. Raise the ball overhead: Use both hands.
3. Throw the ball down forcefully: Try to catch it on the bounce. Repeat 3-5 times.
4. Turn left with high steps: Lift knees to chest level, throw the ball, and catch it. Return to center and repeat.
5. Turn right and repeat: Perform the same steps.

These exercises can help manage tremor activity.
