mine came on so suddenly that my doctor recommended BIG physical therapy and the muscle cramps are gone and the shaking at least 50% less. I went 2 days a week for two months and 8 months later when it came back I did the same.

Trying to avoid other medication till I have to. Good Luck to you and all that have this quirk of PD

A half-full dropper (I think that's a half-ml), I place it under my tongue, without thc, a big help for me, hope you find something that works, would love to see an upbeat message from you, wishing some joy for you 🙂 for a change.
