Trouble Getting In And Out Of Bed. I Need Something To Help Me So I Don't Need Assistance

I just ordered satin sheets and nightshirts which should make turning over in bed easier. I just have to be sure not to sleep too close to the edge so I don’t wind up on the floor 😊

You can try a bedside rail.
I do stretches before i get out of bed , then if needed i use my walker for support .

I use silk sheets and satin sleep shirts. Haven’t slid out of bed yet!
