Am having lots of trouble with orthostatic hypotension. Anyone found something that helps this?

Pkk, OH requires careful monitoring of your BP. Drink lots of water. I drink Gatorade. I also take Midodrine prescribed by my cardiologist. Some days it works great. Some days it doesn't. My BP fluctuates all the time.
