I assume you're talking about the care they give you and not the personnel they hire. I live in one of those areas that is literally filled with qualified veterans, so trying to get help in a timely matter is not good. But, once you get in I've had better treatment and time spent with me there than with any private medical practice.

I agree with Mulligan. My husband receives all his care at the VA Fresno. He is a disabled veteran. They take very good care of him.

My husband goes to the VA hospital in Richmond Virginia and loves it. His been going about 30 years. He gets excellent care. I will say you do have long waits for a lot of things but we have the time and don’t mind. Especially how much lower cost than going elsewhere.
