Is Anyone Having Problems With Your Blood Pressure Being Too Low?
I am having problems with my blood pressure being too low. Today I had to call the ambulance because I almost fell out. I have fallen out before and the ambulance came. My pressure has been running good while sitting but it bottoms out when standing. I'm on midodrine 10 mg twice a day, morning and lunch. Not having any success with it. Is anyone else having these problems?
Low blood pressure is very common in Parkinson’s. Mine has been low for years and when I stand, it falls. I usually try to sit at the edge of the chair and lean forward for a while before I stand. I also stand very slowly while holding on to something. I stand still until I feel stable and take small steps when I start to walk.
Talk to your doctor about the ineffectiveness of your medications he/she may have something else to try. We all react differently to medication and something else may work for you.

I normally have low blood pressure. Could be a result of PD or the Flomax I'm taking.
