Hi Team Members I’m Having Trouble With Walking .I Have Sciatica And Arthritic Feet. Any Tips Would Be Appreciated.

If you have not seen a podiatrist I would recommend that. Mine gave me a list of sneakers and walking shoes that helped the pain in my feet.

My poor feet hurt all the time. They are either swollen beyond belief (due to my erratic BP) or I drop stuff on them and they are black & blue most of the time. I feel very sorry for my own feet…lol

I had sciatica going down my left leg. It hurt bad enough that I saw an orthopedic doctor who operated on my back and now I do not have any pain like that any more. The operation is called an Laminectomy.
