Continous Delusions But NOT Paranoid Or Jjeolousy

my mother has days during which she has continuous delusions throughout the day. Sometimes it is the same delusion just brought up multiple times during the day. I understand paranoid type delusions can be a part of parkinsons but her delusions are not like that. She just thinks things are happening that really are not, such as someone having a baby, or someone losing their job, or thinking people are coming over or we are going somewhere when we're really not. Nuplacid is the best med I have took for hallucinations. I had a conversation with some guy sitting on my couch who wasn’t there and my wife got really concerned. Since taking it I’ve been doing really good

I have alot of levels of delusions. Ut yes I have that also ,it causes alot of arguments in my family or me and my wife but not into the medication route ,it scares me do to side effects ...... I am look for coping skills to help myself but I would tell any caregiver that compassion and patience....

I too am on nuplzid and no more delusions or hallucinations. I am so thankful for this wonderful medication.

Hi, yes my sister Jeanne who has PDD also hallucinates quite often. I seem to think it is a side effect from her meds?? Not sure.
