I have trouble during the day remembering to take my mediation. I am ok with the morning and night time but inbetween i forget
when this happens should i take wheni remember or wait for the next time. ?

I've started setting my alarm on my cellphone for the sinemet that I take 3xd 4 hrs apart...it helps

Take as soon as you remember might help to set up alarm reminder either on your cell phone or on a watch.

I write it down when I take it and then mark it off...bc I have many meds to take even during the night...works for me 🤗

Set the alarm on your phone to remind you. It works really well!
