DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT SINEMET RM, Compresse A Rilascio Modificato?

My wife found Sinemet 200 mg / 50 mg Compresse a Rilascio Modificato in Italy. I had ask her for Sinemet CR or ER Extended/slow release,or Rytary ER, but she didn't find those in Italy. The doctor there said that instead, they have Sinemet Compresse Rilascio Modificato, translated -- Sinemet RM. Sinemet (Levodopa/Carbidopa) is a prescription drug approved by the FDA in 1975 to treat motor symptoms of Parkinsonism caused by Parkinson’s Disease, encephalitis, or exposure to carbon monoxide or manganese. However, it is not appropriate for people with undiagnosed skin lesions, narrow-angle glaucoma, or a history of melanoma.

Prior patients would be on medicaid here and visit Pourtugal for their drugs!
