My wife found Sinemet 200 mg / 50 mg Compresse a Rilascio Modificato in Italy. I had ask her for Sinemet CR or ER Extended/slow release,or Rytary ER, but she didn't find those in Italy. The doctor there said that instead, they have Sinemet Compresse Rilascio Modificato, translated -- Sinemet RM.
