It seems like my body just can’t regulate my temperature. Everyone else in the room will be cold & I’m sitting there dripping in sweat. What do you do?

until i read all of these posts, I just thought I was going through menopause? I'm 52 so why not think that? But after hearing all of you say you get these weird heat spells is making me rethink menopause?

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member i have the same problem. What I did i took cold shower twice a day and put on loose clothing. And i drink plenty of cold water.

Also I put a small towel on my back under my top because my back sweats a lot.

I hope this helps. Hugs

PD can make you very sensitive to variations in temperatures, the first summer after I got my PD diagnosis I spent sitting in puddles of perspiration. Now I am 19 kgram lighter and find I am now more sensitive to cold temperatures. But I think everyone's. Symptoms are individual and need to be dealt with in that way. So I would be discussing this with your primary physician.
