I Get Very Painful Dystonia In My Neck & Also It Feels As Though My Throat & Oesophagus Are Constricting

I wondered if anyone suffers with the same thing & what do they do to try & alleviate it.
Also another odd symptom I get when I'm switched off between meds & its particularly bad I find it hard to breath does this happen to anyone else ?

I massage my neck and put a scarf to warm it. I think what you are doing is very great. You found an excellent way to relieve the discomfort! Parkies discover a lot of ways to relieve discomfort--I found from reading here that we have similar symptoms and also very different or different combinations with others.

I too have constriction of the neck area. I usually start with several deep breath's. If this doesn't help, I settle down and meditate. This will usually help considerably.
