I purchased a bracelet. It is made of Italian stainless steel expansion links each about 1/2 inch long, along with 2 porcelain(?) blue & white links with the medical staff and snake. Also has a one inch link that says Parkinson's Disease. I like it very much. It's small, lightweight and comfortable, cost around $40 with engraving. I purchased it on Amazon.com from Gadow Jewelry. I got it because I travel by myself a lot, and if I do a face plant at the airport, they won't think I've had too much to drink LOL The only negative is that if you aren't careful when you put it on or take it off, those stainless steel links BITE! I've been wearing it every day for six months and it still looks like new.

I need to get one for my husband...he had the Deep Brain Stimulation ( DBS) and can't have general MRI's...I think it has to say that on it. I also think I would put my telephone number on it and make it a necklace style because they usually open up their shirt if something happens in say an auto accident.
