If I exercise, or use my arms and/or legs repeatedly over time, or a certain weight, all of my extremities will begin shaking, tremors and non-weight bearing occurs so bad I can’t walk or use them.
I call this PD ailment my carvo-levadopa break through time. My doctor is aware. He increased my medication to compensate. However, I can feel these episodes starting. That’s when I stop what I am doing to facilitate, a big PD episode. Resting muscles at that time is my saving grace.
This is my experience. I would make my physician aware, if you haven’t already done so….hope this helps.

The nerves in your hands get stimulated from exercise then the muscle in your hand tries to keep it all together then the tremors starts.soft massage with warm soaks help to calm everything down. CAROL
