There seems to be a plethora of doctors selling information, and supplements that they say will reverse, stop or slow down the progression of Parkinson's disease.

It is hard to discern whether they are snake oil salesmen, taking advantage of those that are between a rock and a hard place, or if they are motivated compassionate care givers. If they have this knowledge one might ask why the non-profit Michael J Fox organization does not have similar information and recommend or report the same.
