Headaches can be a side effect of Sinemet, as noted in my knowledge base. However, they are not typically considered a direct symptom of Parkinson's disease itself. If you're experiencing daily headaches, it’s important to discuss this with your doctor to determine whether they are related to your medication or another cause. My husband never has migraines until about 9 months ago ( about 2 years after diagnosis). It’s very frustrating. He has multiple of them in a day. He tried meds it it’s like juggling 3 different ones every day. Botox I think helped. Y the was he is having his DBS after a year of waiting and tests. He is so excited. He decided to have it while he was doing well and not wait til it might be too late. Hoping for the best. !!

Too little sleep
Sinusitis
Allergy
Stress
Too tired (staying awake when your body needs to sleep)
Heat
