@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - if you want to send a message directly to a person, put the @symbol before their name. It will be forwarded to their email, I think. It will still be public as well, but it is more likely to be brought to their attention.

You can tap on their profile picture on their message which will bring you to their profile page story. Go to the little list and hit Updates. Now the page is up that says “ Say hello to ……..” You can send a message to the person or scroll down her messages and you will see the message she posted that you want to respond to. If no place to comment go back to the “Say hello to …..” and send your message.

Good question. I came across a couple questions I wanted to respond to but like you, found there was no box, or visible option that would enable me to reply. On the whole, I don't find this website especially intuitive, or in general, easy to navigate.
